DELIVERY OPTIONS
Automatic Deliveries
No more watching your gauge! Action's computer system determines when to fill your tank - according to your past usage and the weather conditions.
WILL CALL DELIVERIES
Your deliveries are in your hands! This delivery type allows you to decide when to receive a delivery and how much oil is delivered. (Minimum delivery of 100 gallons).
PAYMENT OPTIONS
C.O.D.
Cash, money order or check (with office approval) at time of delivery.
CREDIT CARD
Credit card approval over the phone before delivery - eliminates having to wait for the delivery. (First time credit card must be presented to driver with ID).
30 DAY TERMS
This option also allows the delivery to be made without anyone home! Subject to credit approval and all terms and conditions as listed on the credit application.
BUDGET PLAN
Equal monthly payments throughout the year. We conveniently can put your budget payment on a credit card. It is the most popular option.
PURCHASING PROGRAMS
Lock-In Price
This program is a contract to purchase either a set amount or exact gallons at a specific price. Each delivery through the term of the contract will be delivered at the same price - regardless of the current market price.
PREPAID OIL
This program is when the customer makes a one-time payment of a specific amount of oil at a particular price per gallon made before the first delivery.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Service Contracts
Annual heater cleanouts & maintenance are included with the contract. It includes the parts and labor of most repairs through the term of the contract.
Repairs and Estimates
Our service technicians are available 7 days a week (peak heating season), to response to all heater problems.
